Shipping Rates
We ship worldwide from our own factory in Wenzhou, China. Shipping rates are simple and flat:
- United States: $8 flat rate — Free Shipping on Orders $49+
- Europe: $8 flat rate — Free Shipping on Orders $49+
- Japan & South Korea: $6 flat rate — Free Shipping on Orders $49+
- Rest of the world: $15 flat rate — Free Shipping on Orders $49+
Processing Time
- Standard products: 1-3 business days
- Personalized products: 7-12 business days after you approve your digital proof (rush production available in 5 business days)
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Peak seasons (such as November-December) may add 3-7 business days to these estimates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It can take 48-72 hours for the carrier’s first scan to appear in the tracking system. You can also find your tracking number anytime under My Account → Orders.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside China may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient. Zoola Life has no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount. If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Need to change your address or cancel your order? Contact us at zoolalifesales@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order — after that, your order may already be in production.
