Can I personalize a gift?
Yes. Any Zoola bag can be made with your own artwork through our Custom Bags service — starting from a $10 design fee, with a 1-piece minimum.
Can I send my own photo?
Yes. Send a photo, sketch, or just a description. Our artists turn it into a clean illustration and send a digital proof for you to approve.
How long does a personalized gift take?
Production takes 7–12 business days after you approve your digital proof. A 5-business-day rush option is available — just tell us your deadline.
Can I return a personalized gift?
Personalized pieces are made for you and are non-returnable for change of mind; if something is defective we replace or refund it. Standard Zoola products follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on orders of $49 and above. Below that, a flat rate applies. See our Shipping Policy for details.
