Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or design? We’re happy to help with exchanges. Contact us at support@zoolalife.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
