What “customization” means here
Customization means your bag carries artwork that is yours or chosen from our original illustrations — printed with water-based ink on organic cotton canvas. It is not a bulk print and not a template swap; each piece is produced after you approve a proof.
Step 1 — Prepare your artwork
You do not need to be a designer. A clear sketch, a few words describing the feeling you want, or a reference image is enough. If you prefer, start from a ZOOLA original illustration and we build from there.
Step 2 — The proof process
Our artists turn your idea into a design proof for your review. This is the moment to check placement, scale, and readability before anything is produced. Nothing goes into production until you approve.
Step 3 — Production
Once approved, your bag is made as a single piece in our Wenzhou, China factory — a 16-year family operation. The canvas laptop bag fits laptops up to 16 inches and ships free on orders $49+.
One-piece customization, explained
There is no minimum order. “One-piece” means your design exists only once — the opposite of mass production. That is what makes it a personal bag rather than a catalog item.
