What is the minimum order for a custom bag?
One piece. A single bag with your own design is a real order, not a sample.
How much does customization cost?
Original artwork included. Final pricing may vary depending on the artwork and request. Contact us with your idea and we’ll confirm the details before production.
What kind of artwork can I send?
A drawing, a photo, a mood board, or just a description. Our artists will refine it into a clean illustration and send you a proof to approve.
Can I use someone else’s artwork or a brand character?
We can only print artwork you own or have permission to use. Copyrighted characters and brand logos cannot be printed.
How long does a custom order take?
7–12 business days of production after you approve your digital proof. Rush production in 5 business days is available — tell us your deadline.
Can I return a custom bag?
Custom-made pieces are non-returnable for change of mind, because they are printed just for you. If your bag arrives defective, we will replace it or refund you.
Will I pay customs duties?
Orders shipped outside China may be subject to import duties set by your country’s customs authority. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
